Returns & Exchange Policy
If you would like to return a hosiery item back to Fashion4legs, then you can if it meets the following criteria.
- The product has been unopened and unworn.
- The product is faulty.
Due to the nature of hosiery products we can only accept “ladders” as faults if present when the package was first opened.
A return will only be accepted for tights and leggings if the item is unworn.
However, if you are returning goods because you decided, if for whatever reason, they were not for you, all you have to do is to return the goods unopened, in their original condition and within 28 days.
nfortunately if the goods have been opened we cannot exchange or refund any money as we will be unable to resell any of these items due to hygiene reasons.
When returning an item, please package the items carefully including a note of your address, and the reason for the return.
Pay the postage costs and we will refund this cost if the return is a result of an error on our behalf or that the product was faulty. Once we have received and processed your return, we will issue a full refund or exchange the items for an alternative product if you prefer.
An email will be sent confirming this.
This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.
Any parcel can be sent to a different delivery address other than to your login address.
All goods are shipped from the UK.
Shipments that are sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are determined by local laws and unfortunately we have no control over what these charges may be, or whether they are applied at all, as custom policies and import duties vary significantly from country to country. These are charges once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel.
